IMS handles everything related to the configuration of timetables and of the geographical network including routes, stops and tariffs for a specific PTO or an entire region (for PTA). Once a network is defined, each PTO could manage their own routes. A wide range of product types is supported, including "main" products (ticket with seat reservation, ticket without seat reservation) and "add-on" products (fees, insurances, food & beverages, pets, bicycles, prams, etc.).
GDS provides ability to manage agent sales and your own sales both onboard (equipment) and online. It facilitates building transport systems of any complexity: enterprise level, city, region or country level.
GDS handles everything related to the distribution of Information to PTA/PTO equipment (validators, TVMs and other) and collection of operational information (transactions, logs, etc.).
